Bendinat Mar

Our projectsThe brightness of the Mediterranean at Bendinat Mar

The brightness of the Mediterranean is reflected in all the panoramic views seen from terraces overlooking the Bay of Palma. It is the hallmark of identity of Bendinat Mar, a top quality residential complex suitable for first or second homes.

The homes that dreams are made of

Bendinat Mar is a 12-storey building right on the edge of the sea.

Until some years ago, the building comprised first class hotel apartments but it is now undergoing conversion to luxury homes. They are scheduled to be ready by September 30.

Plans have been drawn up to provide 79 two, three or four-bedroomed apartments, all with spectacular views over the Bay of Palma: they are being refurbished in a style which reflects top quality provided by the Bendinat Group, with emphasis on comfort, first class finishings in kitchens and bathrooms, heating and air conditioning which can be finely tuned to suit individual tastes and automatic answer gates with cameras so apartment dwellers always know who is calling.

To maximise service to residents, there will be a communal reception area and a concierge who will manage the underground carparking and six lifts.

There will also be a number of sports facilities on site including a gymnasium, an open air swimming pool and one covered in for winter months, not forgetting the sun lounging area right on the coast itself along with a bar service.

Location

Palma de Mallorca, a question of exclusivity

The Bendinat Mar is on the sea front at San Agustín, a historic suburb to the northeast of the capital of Palma and just a little more than 10 minutes from the centre of the city.

Bordered by the residential areas of Cala Major and Genova, Bendinat Mar is situated in a quiet part of the coastline, without traffic problems but with all the advantages of being close to a cosmopolitan city such as Palma, with its many exclusive fashion shops, an enormous variety of retail shops and stores, as many restaurants as visitors and residents could wish for, a full selection of cultural centres and a complete network of public and private schools, a large number of sports clubs and facilities, four hospitals .....

And there's another advantage: living in Bendinat Mar, with convenient access to the dual carriageway and Avenida Juan Miró leading into Palma, provides ideal access to all the neaby nautical sports installations (Palma's Club Nautico, the Club de Mar and Puerto Portals, whilst Calanova is practically adjoining the residential complex). For those who enjoy golf, there are three courses at Son Vida and Bendinat has its own "Real Golf."
