This luxury project in Cala Llamp, Mallorca was completed at the end of 2008 and has been built in a minimalist and modern style. The architecture includes large windows to make maximum use of the stunning south facing views over the sea. On clear days some apartments can see as far as the island of Ibiza. Teak decking, stainless steel, white marble and teak floors have been used and the spec is the highest ever used in a Bendinat Group project, already known for setting new standards of finish and architecture. Special touches include Hotspring outdoor spas, flat screen TVs and closed wood-burning fires. There are only 18 apartments in total and more than 75% have been sold. Underground garages included.

This is one of the most magical locations in Mallorca, the perfect place to own a property. Close to the lively port of Andraitx, views out to sea are perfect and Cala Llamp is a pretty bay with rocky outcrops and turquoise, transparent sea. With only 21 units, this is a small exclusive project with luxury finishes inside and Mediterranean architecture outside. Although it is a short walking distance to the sea, there is a fabulous community pool included. There is also a little beach club and café, also within walking distance, open in season. The project was completed in 2008 and it is now over 75% sold.

The route to Alaró castle is one of the most spectacular hikes in the beautiful mountain area of Sierra de Tramuntana. The view of Mallorca to be had from it is simply extraordinary, covering the plain of Es Pla, the bay of Palma, Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. It is one of the few viewing points from which one can make out the whole island.The remains of the ancient castle of Puig d'Alaró date back to the Muslim era. It was the refuge of resistance against the Arab conquest.
Its walls gave rise to the legend of the nobles Guillem Cabrit and Guillem Bassa, defenders of the rights of Jaime I in the face of the reunification pretensions of his brother Alfonso III of Aragon. The Mallorcan's refusal to surrender provoked the wrath of the Aragonese king, who swore he would roast them alive one day.
