  This luxury Project with sea view was completed at the end of 2008 and has been built in a minimalist and modern style. The modern architecture includes large windows to make maximum use of the stunning south facing views over the sea. On clear days some apartments can see as far as the island of Ibiza.

  Teak decking, stainless steel, white marble and teak for the floors have been used and the spec is the highest ever used in a Bendinat Group project. Special touches include Hotspring outdoor spas, flat screen LOEWE TVs and closed wood-burning fires.

  Illetas and Bendinat form Mallorca´s most convenient location, close to the sea, golf courses, Palma and the marina of Puerto Portals. The beaches of Illetas are a few minutes walk away*. Only a few units remain for sale in this exclusive project of only 16 units. Apartments are large and spacious and built to a high standard. There is a swimming pool, gardens, and included with each apartment are two underground garages. The apartments are spacious, of 3 or 4 bedrooms and range in size from 159 m2 to 220 m2, plus terraces. The project was completed in 2008. (*The beaches are 12 minutes walk via a steep incline).

Alaró castle, between legend and reality

The route to Alaró castle is one of the most spectacular hikes in the beautiful mountain area of Sierra de Tramuntana. The view of Mallorca to be had from it is simply extraordinary, covering the plain of Es Pla, the bay of Palma, Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. It is one of the few viewing points from which one can make out the whole island.The remains of the ancient castle of Puig d'Alaró date back to the Muslim era. It was the refuge of resistance against the Arab conquest.

Its walls gave rise to the legend of the nobles Guillem Cabrit and Guillem Bassa, defenders of the rights of Jaime I in the face of the reunification pretensions of his brother Alfonso III of Aragon. The Mallorcan's refusal to surrender provoked the wrath of the Aragonese king, who swore he would roast them alive one day.
